We offer trackable, secured international shipping for all orders. Note that many of our products take a couple extra days to process and ship, as they are made-to-order by our artisans and craftsmen.

Note: Due to the impact of COVID-19, some of our carrier partners are experiencing delays of up to 30 days. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive, but we boast a 98.4% successful delivery rate.

When multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately, directly from our various artisans' studio locations in order to minimize the carbon footprint associated with central processing and to decrease shipping times. In these cases, you will receive 2 or more tracking numbers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our free return policy is effective for ​30​ days since receiving your product.​ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to ​support@wsaesthetic.com​ ​with your full name, order number, item description and a detailed description of the reason for your return.
