Product does not match picture on website. Feels cheap. Pattern is hexagons (as opposed to alternating ovals and diamonds), and goes down entire length of shaft (as opposed to having diagonal polished elements). Base of utensil is squared not rounded. Does not feel sophisticated, and is not worth the money. Several attempts to contact this company have gone completely ignored. Multiple emails and several chat messages sent, all without response. No way to call and speak with someone. Horrible service. Do not buy.
