Handcrafted with rattan, our Artesia Handled Tray is woven using a hapao pattern. Originating in a remote village in northern Luzon, Philippines, hapao is a traditional pattern used for bags and baskets. Although the colors and shapes changed over time, hapao continues to emphasize the durability and beauty of rattan fibers. This tray can be used decoratively as a centerpiece bowl on a dining room table, or more functionally to carry fruits and breads.
